Finally completed my leg warmer skirt. Had three pairs of leg warmers given to me and I simply cut them down one side, opened them out, put them in a pattern and hey presto- a lovely colourful skirt! It was just the lining/waist that took a little longer. Also when I wear my leggings underneath it keeps me nice and warm on these chilly days ...bonus!
P.S I treated my L.R.V to a Hand Wash in Gt Yarmouth today. The best £4 I ever spent it looks amazing. (Even if I did feel very bourgeois having two men clean my vehicle while I sat in it!).
